Teaching Philosophy as a Beginning Teacher

Teaching, like any other job, was never easy. It can absorb you physically, intellectually, and emotionally, but every day is fresh, thrilling, and enjoyable. Discovering new and fascinating things, an exciting exchange of words and learnings between students and their mentor, and a fun means to explore and expand our ideas.

As a future drafting mentor, I want to be a role model who can provide students with the experience and knowledge they can use in their life. Experience that will actually encourage them to explore and push their boundaries, as well as knowledge that will assist them in achieving their goals and dreams. I want to show students that learning can take us anywhere we want to go, that it may be both exciting and monotonous at times, but that it is all worthwhile. I also want them to grow and develop into people who can make a difference in the world. Someone who will encourage others.
