Significant Challenges

As a potential teacher, I can state that adjusting to the new normal is really difficult. The pandemic made it even harder for some students to embrace the new learning setting. During my practice teaching internship, I encountered several challenges.

The modular approach was one of the difficulties I encountered. It can be difficult to track pupils' progress and determine whether they are truly answering the workbook or whether they have copied it from someone else's work. Some students are unable to complete all subjects or modules because they prioritize their work over their study.

This pandemic is causing hardships, obstacles, and difficulties for the students, but it can also provide an opportunity for them to grow, learn, and evolve into a much better individuals. They may emphasize their work, but they are actually an inspiration because they are able to manage work and studies at the same time. I constantly encourage them to finish their education regardless of their circumstances since nothing can take it away from them and it will benefit them greatly in the future.
